SHIPPING POLICIES

Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. For in stock items, we strive to ship within 3-5 days of purchase, unless noted otherwise. Information for lead times will be specified in each product description. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order. Shipping costs are free.

NON-DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Alaska,  Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota or Puerto Rico. If you would like to process an order and live in these areas, please contact service@tehomemirrors.com for a custom shipping quote.

 

RETURN POLICIES

TEHOME accepts returns for most of our items which is within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Please email service@tehomemirrors.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label. 

Made-to-order items and close out deals are not eligible.

Pack your item(s) in the original manufacturer's box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States only.

Once your order has been processed, usually within 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order and return policies for that particular item will prevail. Returns due to anything other than damage or defect related feedback (ex: buyers remorse or size) for non returnable items are responsible for paying for an order’s return shipping and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds for non returnable items due to anything other than damage or defect related feedback will be made available via store credit, less original shipping and handling fees, a 20% restocking fee, and any return shipping. Returns sent with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, for us to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account, but some banks may take longer.

Returns that are damaged or not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. If you choose to use your own postage rather than our pre-paid shipping label, we highly recommend that you include insurance and tracking information to ensure your return safely arrives at our warehouse. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED

Sometimes warehouse mixups happen or the delivery truck took a turn too fast and we want a chance to make it right. If there is damage, do not refuse delivery, note any damage on the delivery paperwork, and reach out to customer service within 48 hours.  Please contact service@tehomemirrors.com with your issue and we’ll get it sorted out. Returns due to defects or damages must be made within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to make repairs by a reputable furniture doctor, at our discretion, prior to issuing a return authorization.

GENERAL DECOR RETURNS

All general decor, which include accessories, apothecary, tableware, textiles (excluding rugs, see below) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Our customers are responsible for return shipping and refunds are minus original shipping costs. If the item was purchased during a free shipping promotion, refund will still be calculated less the shipping fee associated with the order.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Because the pre-ordered item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice, however we will do our best to meet the lead time noted on the product page. Please note once placed pre-orders cannot be canceled and our normal return policy will apply.

 

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, since the made to items are produced based on each customer's specific requirement, and we are not able to re-sell to other customers.

 

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW

If placing an order during the Holidays (November 20th through December 24th), products which qualify for a return may be returned anytime before January 8th of the following year.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT WINDOW

Discounts offered during promotional periods are only available during that window of time. The discount will not be honored when orders are placed outside of the promotional window. 

FINAL SALE & CLOSE OUT ITEMS 

Items purchased within the close out section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
